FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are the Targeted visitors really "targeted"?
Yes. We provide targeting in over 150 categories.
How do you track "unique" visitors?
A unique visitor is a visitor that visits your web site for the first time during a particular time period. If the visitor revisits your site during a particular time period then the visitor is not recorded again.
What are "hits"?
Also called a page hit. The hit is the retrieval of any item, like a page or a graphic, from a Web server. Example: when a visitor calls up a Web page with four graphics, that's five hits, one for the page and four for the graphics. For this reason, hits aren't a good indication of Web traffic.
What are "page views"?
This is a web page that has been viewed by one visitor. Page views are often used in online advertising, where advertisers use the number of page views a site receives to determine where and how to advertise.
How do I know the traffic I paid for has been delivered?
We will start your campaign as soon as possible, usually within a few hours of you placing your order. However, sometimes the huge demand for our service forces us to enter orders into a queue, which fills orders as they are received. Upon receipt of your payment, we will also email you your campaign information so you can follow your traffic campaign progress from a dedicated stats pages on our website. Stats are real-time and available 24/7 and provided on all services we offer.
Do you guarantee that I will make more sales?
No. We cannot guarantee that you will make any sales whatsoever from our guaranteed hits service. We can, however, promise to deliver the number of visitors to your site that you ordered. Any sales will depend on the layout, content, quality of your website, its presentation, and the service or product that you offer. We'll get the visitors to your website, all you have to do is convince them to buy what you have to offer.
Where do all the visitors come from?
Our targeted audience is made up of people who surf the Internet regularly looking for opportunities, web based services and products. We use a combination of resources of our own and our partner network to generate traffic for our customers. We do not get our traffic for FREE. We pay for every visitor we send you. Our traffic is not derived from FFA's, new groups nor do we do any mass emails. All traffic from our network to your site is 100% genuine.
What are your payment options and conditions?
We accept payment through PayPal and AlertPay. Orders are processed as they are received. We usually send an order confirmation within a few hours of it being placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us to verify that your order has been received.
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy is very simple. We issue refunds on a case-by-case, pro-rata basis. Because we have to pay webmasters for traffic that has been delivered, we can only give refunds on traffic that has not been delivered. If we fail to deliver all of your traffic within the time period that we promised, we will refund a portion of the money that is equivalent to the un-delivered traffic.
Do you provide Adult Traffic?
Yes, we provide Adult traffic via specific networks.
How long will it take to receive the visitors?
Due to the overwhelming demand for our website traffic most visitors are delivered within 30 to 60 days for most traffic campaigns. In fact, it is not unusual to see your campaign completed and all traffic delivered sooner than 30 days for smaller quantities but keep in mind that it may go past 30 days based on the availability of traffic. However, we do not guarantee a specific delivery date. All traffic campaigns remains on our network until your campaign is completed, unless there is a Term of Service violation.
Do you have any restrictions on the content of my site?
Yes. The page that you use for your campaign cannot contain any of the following unless the campaign title says that any of the following items are okay. The restrictions include additional pops including javascript prompts, windows that load with your website, windows that load when a user exits your websites, automatic download boxes, etc.; sound (background or flash); frame breaking code; scripting that alters a user’s browser; or adult or illegal content.
What does CPM mean?
CPM stands for cost per thousand. The M is the Roman numeral for one thousand. For instance, targeted traffic being $5.00 a CPM really means that you get 1,000 visitors for $5.00.
Why should I purchase from you?
We send quality traffic at the most competitive rates possible with the fastest service and absolutely no hidden fees. Your campaign will go live within 24 hours, but in most cases within 12 to 24 hours or less.
Do you use spam to generate visitors?
No. We hate spam and if you even think about spamming you are in the wrong business!
Is your traffic unique?
We only sell high quality traffic. We sell untargeted and highly targeted unique Mainstream (Global), US and UK visitors. The traffic varies on uniqueness, meaning that every visitor we send to your website will be 18-24 hour unique unless it states otherwise in the campaign title or description.
Do you offer stats or any kind of report with my campaign?
Optimize your site to make it load quickly or design a page that not only loads quickly, but makes use of things such as special offers, good color schemes, etc. In addition, try implementing anything extra that may appeal to your target audience.
What if my server goes down?
We cannot be held liable in these cases. Please be sure that your server can handle the actual number of visits before purchasing. However, in the occurrence of a server outage or some other foreseeable problem, you can always just put your campaign on pause until the problem is fixed. If you purchase traffic and before we set up your campaign you have tech problems with your website, please let us know and we will put your order on hold until we hear from you that everything is okay before the order is processed. If for any reason during the campaign you have server problems, let us know and we can pause your campaign until you let us know that your website is back to normal.
Will my hit counter match up with your stats?
There are many reasons that a visitors may not register with your website counter. These reasons include but are not limited to when the user cancels out of the window before your site loads; the user is on a slow connection and the request times out; the user is behind an ISP with a proxy (i.e. AOL); the user’s browser served the request from cache instead of from your server; your site was unavailable at the time of request; or your tracking software could not handle concurrent connections.
Buying traffic and just sending it to your website will not necessarily ensure success to your website. Research and tracking needs to be done to maximize your profits. You need to look at your website. When a viewer goes to your website, they need to be impressed or see a need to stay within 15 seconds or else they will leave. A viewer is very impatient. However, when buying traffic, these are not sites they directly expected to see, therefore their attention span is even less, maybe 5 or 10 seconds at most. That means that you need to not have a cluttered website. You need to state perfectly clear what you are providing and not give the viewer too many confusing options. The best results we have seen come from one page specific ads on your website, with only one or two smaller ads or banners on it. While sending the viewer to your main site that has more options on it will not mean it will fail, it just might not receive as high a profit as with a specific product on it that the viewer can quickly and easily see. It is also important to ensure that all sites meet our criteria.
What does the term “Popunder” mean?
A popunder is like a pop-up except that it loads underneath the current page rather than over it. When the visitor leaves the primary website the popunder window is shown. That popunder "window" contains a full page ad from our advertiser. The popunder will automatically adjust itself to fit the viewers max screen resolution. This form of advertising is much more superior because it is less intrusive.
What does “Visit” mean?
A Visit occurs when someone loads a web page from our server thus “visiting” one of our advertiser's websites. The number of hits will always be equal to or greater than the number of visits.
What does “Unique” mean?
1,000 visits could be achieved by having one person load a page 1,000 times or by having 1,000 people load a page one time. If visits are unique, a single user is counted only once in a certain period of time. Usually, a level of uniqueness is specified such as: “12 hour unique” – that is, the same user is only counted once every X hours. Most commonly, traffic is 12 or 24 hour or campaign unique. Campaign unique means that the visitor is only counted once during the entire term of the traffic campaign. The degree of uniqueness is one of the major determining factors in price. That is, the more unique the traffic, the higher the price. Usually, a user is identified by his/her IP address, which is unique to every computer on the internet. In some cases, the determination of whether a hit is unique depends on the server’s ability to store a small identifying file on a visitor’s computer (a “cookie”).
What does “Mainstream Traffic” mean?
When we use the term Mainstream Traffic on this site we are referring to the typical or normal Internet traffic with no specified geographical or category visitor intended. The visitor can come from anywhere in the world. Although it is not always true for most traffic suppliers, the Mainstream visitors provided are mostly an English Language visitor as identified in their Internet browser settings.
What does “Bulk Traffic” mean?
When we say Bulk Traffic we are referring to traffic with no specified level of uniqueness. The same user could be counted several times if he/she reloads the campaign page. On average, bulk traffic is 50-75% unique. In addition, that traffic can come from several different sources and is generally excess traffic that has been generated by a traffic network and not sold at a higher price. It is sold in very large bulk quantities to larger traffic suppliers like us.
What does “RON” mean?
RON is the abbreviation for Run of Network. This simply means that a traffic campaign does not have a specific time limit for all the traffic to be delivered and the campaign will remain on the network until all traffic is delivered, unless the traffic campaign becomes in violation of the Terms of Service for that network.
What about 3rd Party Counters?
We only rely on our tracking for the number of hits sent to your website. Our tracking is the most accurate because the "hit counts" are incremented at the same exact time a visitor is sent to your site. Unlike 3rd party counters, we don't have any load time to worry about. There are an enormous amount of counters with various load rates and it is impossible to accommodate each customer's counter. For example, some counters take as much as 30 seconds to count a visitor (some even more). We cannot control the behavior of the user/surfer, or force them to stay on the site a certain length of time. If they choose to 'close out' prior to your counter load, it is still considered a delivered visitor. This is how we are charged by the networks that supply traffic, which leaves no other option but to charge our customers in the same manner.
One of the major 3rd Party Counters that we are familiar with is Google Analytics. I have a blog posting on the inaccuracy of 3rd Party Counters which may better explain our opinion of them. In the blog posting, there is a link to a really interesting article on this topic and many people are still commenting on this blog posting since it was posted back in 2006! The link for the blog posting is: "Accuracy of Google Analytics”.
